return policy

your complete satisfaction is our top priority! if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages of unused items within 30 of the sale date and issue a full refund.  all we ask is that the product is not expired, is in the same condition you received it (unused) and is in the original box and/or packaging.

shipping

we offer complimentary shipping on all purchases.  USPS is our preferred carrier although we will occasionally use UPS if the package is extremely large or contains any home diffusers.  we try to ship within 24 hours depending on when your order is received.  orders received on saturday will ship out monday morning.  if for any reason we are unable to ship within 24 to 48 hours, we will notify you immediately.  if one item on your order is back ordered, we will ship the available products immediately and send you the back ordered.  sometimes back-ordered items are beyond our control but we promise to work with you and the manufacturers to get you your product as soon as possible.

shipping restrictions

we currently deliver only to the u.s., including puerto rico, alaska and hawaii. we do not make international deliveries.
